Student Housing Resources

We believe that a comfortable home life is essential to the success of our students.  Coconino Community College does not have on-campus housing, but fortunately there are an abundance of housing options near each of our campuses.  We encourage students to start their housing search early, as housing can fill up quite quickly in Flagstaff. 

 

CCC students can apply to live in three housing facilities on the NAU campus, located about a mile from the CCC Lone Tree campus - the HillTop Townhomes, Sky View Townhomes, and The Suites. These are owned and managed by American Campus Communities and are popular choices for CCC freshmen coming from out of the area. 

 

Incoming and current CCC students also have access to sign up for a guest login through Louie's List  for off-campus housing options.  Louie's List allows students to select filters to narrow down their searches by price and/or location and use pictures, descriptions, or floor plans to help them compare options.  A guest login is free and will provide students with current housing options for 60 days.  CCC2NAU students can use their NAU login information for a longer term.

CCC2NAU students can apply for housing to live in the NAU dormitories on campus through the   CCC2NAU Residence Life page .

American Campus Communities has partnered with NAU to provide apartment-style suites located on NAU's campus. Space is limited and you must submit an application through their website.
